This role will require some travel for hot, cold and altitude testing. As the Engine Calibration Team Lead you will be responsible for a supervising a small team of calibrators. This is a long term contract role with LER Techforce.

Responsibilities:
- Calibration for assigned vehicle lines, ensuring all robustness metrics were met and compliant with government regulations.
- Testing for assigned vehicles, ensuring the OBD calibration was compliant with all CARB regulations.
- Technical lead for the department for assigned diagnostics, guiding other calibrators in group meetings.
- Supervised a team of up to 9 calibration engineers.
- Mentor new engineers
- Resource planning to handle projected workload.
Qualifications:
- Requires a BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 8 plus years as an Engine Calibration engineer
- Strong diagnostic background within engines
- OBD background
- Ability to travel for testing as needed
