The Wealth Associate will provide capacity for Wealth Advisors and Private Bankers, Fiduciary Officers, and RPS Specialists so they can focus on increasing sales revenues and providing outstanding client service. This role demands a combination of financial expertise, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The wealth associate serves as a pivotal point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, advisors, and various internal departments to deliver unparalleled service and optimize client satisfaction.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary support between clients and wealth line of business. Promptly addresses inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized assistance to enhance the client experience.
  • Administrative Support:: Manages administrative tasks such as client onboarding, account transfers, documentation review, and complex client file maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standard
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assists on the generation of customized reports and performance summaries for clients, highlighting portfolio performance, investment allocations, and progress towards financial goals.
  • Financial Product Knowledge: Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and industry regulations to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients and advisors.
  • Problem Resolution-Proactively identify and address potential issues or discrepancies in client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution and mitigate risk.

    Compliance and Risk Management:** Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies, maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive client information.

    Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

    • 0-3 years of experience in professional environment, financial services experience preferred
    • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
    • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other general operating systems
    • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail.


    Preferred Knowledge and Skills.
    • To work towards obtaining CRPC or FPQP designation
    • Experience with CRM system
    • Experience with financial planning software preferred

    • Complexity: The position entails managing multiple tasks simultaneously while upholding high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. Success in this role hinges on the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios, interpret client preferences that align with situational needs.
    • Scope: The Wealth Support Specialist operates within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of investment and banking products, and wealth management principles to effectively support client needs and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
