Layer Barn ManagerEagle Valley Eggs LLCFountain City, WI We are a family-owned farm, looking for a manager for our chicken layer barn. We are looking for someone that will learn and be able to do everything needed in the barn. Schedule:The day begins at 7:30am.We are looking for someone that will work 5 days a week on average, including every other weekend. A schedule like 9 days on 5 days off would be considered also. Duties include:Running egg packerStacking egg trays onto palletMoving pallets with a pallet jack and then cleaning the packing roomOverseeing the birds and barnPicking up mislaid eggsTaking out cull birdsRunning manure belts/barn cleanersUsing a skid steer to move manure in the storage areaBarn/equipment maintenance as neededUse a pallet jack to load pallets onto the semi-trailers Benefits:Pay will depend on experience, and a pay increase when able to work without owner overseeing work done.Additional benefits can be discussed after probationary period.
