Sr. Marketing Manager, Partner Channel

Cinch Home Services' Marketing team is growing, and we are actively seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager for our Partnership channel with a proven track record of optimizing omnichannel co-branded/partner campaigns. In this role, you will report directly to our VP of Marketing and will be accountable for optimizing marketing levers at a campaign and product-feature level to drive traffic to and conversion in Cinch's home warranty co-branded partnership programs.

Responsibilities

* Work cross-functionally with your internal clients: Business Development, Account Management, Product Marketing, Data Analysis, Retention and Operations Teams to optimize all new and existing enterprise partnership programs by developing innovative, go-to-market strategies that align with our partners' brand objectives

* Develop strategy around innovative new traffic drivers (e.g., email, in-app features, landing pages, campaigns, etc.) that expand reach and awareness

* Plan and optimize omnichannel campaigns that create a seamless customer journey between our core media channels-Digital, Direct Mail, Point of Sale and Telesales-to drive acquisition

* Partner with brand-marketing functions to develop digital in-store activation campaigns that promote Cinch Home Services to new members

* Drive specific corporate goals and KPIs, including revenue, enrollments, retention, NPS, ROI, CAC, leads and conversion for the channel

* Lead the development and execution of channel marketing programs and initiatives

* Align with VP of Marketing on brand strategy (position, target, creative/messaging, etc.)

* Assess and monitor the channel (with Market Intelligence input): consumer demographics and sentiment, market size, competition and business opportunity

* Direct SMEs on implementation via business plan, creative brief and cross-functional management

* With Analytics and SMEs, implement a test-and-learn process with up-front tracking and post analysis

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, sales, and business development to align channel marketing activities with overall company goals.

* Measure and analyze channel marketing metrics to optimize performance, improve ROI, and ensure the company is effectively reaching its audience.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

6-Month Accomplishments

* Optimization of existing enterprise partner programs, including an understanding of projected impact for each

* Roadmap of new traffic drivers (e.g., campaigns, product features) in-production for the enterprise business across our partnership business units

* Established understanding of enterprise-partner marketing priorities along with identified opportunities on how to tap into these processes to promote Cinch to their customers

Requirements

* 7+ years of experience working with brand or services marketing teams creating effective omnichannel marketing strategies

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent required

* Experience creating and documenting omnichannel marketing strategies

* 3+ year of experience managing high-volume omnichannel marketing campaigns and a strong familiarity with co-branded/partnership marketing (B2B, B2C)

* Creative, strategic thinker who is a self-starter with a proactive approach to campaign optimization

* PowerPoint and Excel proficient
