Job Details
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors or other managers within the department. This individual will track and research any accounting issues that arise. They will work closely with all internal business units to aid in their financial tracking.
Responsibilities
Run VIN Inquiries / help reconcile accounts.
Field Phone Calls Coming into Title Office
Field Emails coming into the MCG-Title Email group.
Pull Titles
Daily Filing / Copies as needed.
Open Mail
Assist title / accounting team with items.
Call vendors / accounting folks in other offices to collaborate.
o Years of experience etc.: 6 months- 1 year of work experience in an office and/or accounting team.
o Technical Skills: Excel, Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint etc.). Great English and writing skills.
Qualifications
Personality/ Soft Skills:
o Someone with strong shoulders who can field upset phone calls at times.
o Responsive to accounting / title inquiries within 24 hours.
o Detail-oriented.
o Non-negotiables: Reliable and communicative.
o Systems: Microsoft Office and Excel
