Job Details
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for President/CEO (1 person). This candidate should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Taking meeting minutes is an essential - Over 50% of all work is minute taking.
Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Meeting notes (this is more than half of the job)
- Calendar management for CEO
- Aid CEO in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of CEO
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred OR a legal/law practice background
- If neither of these, must have experience working for a publicly traded company
