Branch Manager


Job Details

As a Branch Manager you will have the opportunity to lead all branch operations including safety, quality, continuous improvement, customer service, fulfillment and logistics planning, administration, and compliance. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by achieving profit goals and strategic plan metrics. The team you will be working with is experienced and collaborative, and values a safety driven culture.

**So, what will you be doing as a Branch Manager:**

* Participate in Sales and Operational Planning meetings.

* Manage and direct all aspects of the branch.

* Assure branch follows and complies with Corporate Policies and Procedures.

* Assure BOM, Routings and Costing are handled correctly

* Assist Managers in directing their departments.

* Have a clear understanding of all processes involved with the position.

* Conform to all Quality and Safety requirements and procedures.

**To be successful in this role, youll need:**

* Strong math, English (verbal and written) and computer skills.

* Strong skills with regards to business understanding.

* Previous experience in Manufacturing and Business Management.

* Good communication skills.

* Intricate understanding of products and customers.

* Strong customer relationships.

* Strong product knowledge.

* Good computer skills.

* Understanding of Distribution procedures.

* Commitment to LP 9000 and Continuous Improvement
