Parks Real Estate in Nashville, TN is hiring an Office Manager to join our Agent Support Team. We're looking to invest in a candidate who is interested in team leadership, upward mobility, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. You'll be overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring our business is running smoothly. Training is available and a wide support network. Full-time salaried position offers medical/dental/vision benefits as well as paid holiday/vacation time.

Responsibilities

Oversee our day-to-day operations and provide agent support
Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards
Streamline office systems including ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and checking real estate files for compliance
Carry out office administration duties including onboarding new agents
Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the mainline of communication
Direct and organize office events and monthly social functions for agents and our team
A lot of details - managing information from many places. MLS input, real estate transactions, office supplies, reporting, assisting agents as needed, etc.
First Impressions - you'll be the first impression of the office as clients and agents come into the office
Assist the managing broker with details of the office and what's needed

Qualifications

Tech-Savvy - you can navigate questions and are willing to learn new things about technology
Customer Focused - our real estate agents are our customers as well as the customers using our agency
Real estate office experience is preferred - knowledge of MLS, Dotloop, and basic real estate transaction knowledge
An outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic person with a "do it now" level of customer service
Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
2+ years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
