Job Duties:
- Assign packaging team members their responsibilities.
- Manage line expectations.
- Train and mentor team members on the safety and sanitary operations of the facility and equipment.
- Perform food safety inspections.
- Ensures production team hits volume goals and quality expectations.
- Ensures production meets GMP rules.
- Reports to supervisor for mechanical issues .
