Senior Corporate Attorney
Job Description
YOU ARE:
- An attorney with over 10 years of corporate transactional experience.
- Licensed to practice law in New York, Florida, California, or elsewhere in the U.S. or the UK, with a portable book of business.
- A natural leader, experienced in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions.
- Practical, prepared and resourceful with excellent people skills.
- An efficient and effective communicator, in plain-English.
- Conscientious, thorough and highly accountable.
- Motivated to learn and improve. Receptive to constructive feedback.
- Polished, poised, energetic with a strong work ethic.
- Always responsive and often proactive, keeping your clients (and team) well-informed.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
- Lead the Corporate Department and report to the Managing Partner.
- Supervise lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and externs on your team.
- Lead by example: with your diligence, drive for success and positive attitude.
- Continue to develop your own book of business (currently over $250K) and help drive the continued growth of the firm.

- Base Salary $150k-$250k PLUS (based on seniority, experience, book of business and location).
- Performance based bonuses.
