Role Description

This is a full-time or Part time on-site role for a Pharmacy Technician at Global Pharmaceutical Programs in Newark, NJ. The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician license
Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug interactions, and dosage calculations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription filling
Proficient in using pharmacy software systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts
