Responsibilities:
- Provide research, advice and other legal assistance to the general counsel, deputy GC and other senior-level lawyers
- Review, draft, negotiate contracts, leases, amendments, and other real estate transactional documents
- Provide support to litigation matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Minimum of two years in the real estate law industry
- Experience in an in-house or law firm setting
- Active Bar License in DC, MD, or VA
