We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and drive excellence in our supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a purchasing function (procurement, sourcing, category management, etc.).
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement BI dashboards preferred.
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers in strategic and tactical procurement activities.
- Manage key supplier relationships and support the implementation of global supply programs.
- Collaborate with customers on complex supplier programs, including price and supply negotiations.
- Set goals for the procurement team and ensure execution of daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Define and monitor inventory targets for procured items.
- Proactively report shortages and escalate production problems to ensure timely delivery.
- Champion supplier scorecard and risk management processes.
- Participate in corporate sourcing initiatives and lead program implementation at the site level.
- Collaborate with internal customers to execute projects aligned with global supply chain initiatives.
- Lead multi-functional teams to drive process improvements and system solutions.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO regulations, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
