Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receptionist Job Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
