REPORTS TOArea Leader/Team Leader/Reliability LeaderSUMMARYWork in a variety of areas, in production and packaging, to produce product for the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFollow all company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).Produce high quality products in a safe and healthful manner.Assigned shift attendance is required.To work in all areas of production and packaging, as assigned, which includes operating, being in close proximity to and crossing platforms over machinery.Ability to work as part of a team.Assist fellow employees as needed.Review, follow, and write Job Safety Analyses and safe practices for the area.Manage scheduled on-shift and downtime maintenance work.Assist with identifying and ordering spare parts.Assist planner/scheduler with scheduling maintenance activities of team members, contractors and other outside services.Be able to make adjustments and repairs to machines to maintain operating efficiency and reliability.Perform preventative maintenance. Some on shift and some on weekends.Write and complete work orders for areaAdhere to all Safety, GMP, Sanitation, Quality, and Team rules and proceduresQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
