Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedules, including prioritizing appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, agendas, and materials preparation.
- Act as a liaison between the President/Founder and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all communications.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Anticipate the needs of the President/Founder and proactively address them.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
- Streamline administrative processes and implement efficiency improvements to enhance workflow.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and support across the organization.
Ideal Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
