Interim Director, Imaging

HCT is seeking an experienced imaging leader professional to serve as the interim Director for the Imaging department for a 500+ bed health system in Colorado. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing daily oversight to three imaging facilities
• Stabilizing staffing, developing a department budget, and implementing and monitoring metrics
• Promoting and supporting patient quality and safety
• Quality/process improvement and meeting regulatory standards
• Extending leadership skills through staff engagement, development and training

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree from a school of Radiologic Technologist
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position; strong experience with imaging; very strong skills with quality/process improvement and with meeting regulatory requirements with extensive operational experience and a focus on safety and regulations.
• Certifications: ARRT required
• Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft Office suite experience

All expenses are covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, transportation, and trips home during the assignment.
