We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 7 years of experience in HRBP roles, specializing in hourly non-exempt populations and top executives, particularly within the entertainment or media industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional development, employee relations, organizational development, and the ability to influence assertively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
  • 7 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on hourly non-exempt populations and senior leadership.
  • Extensive background in professional development, employee relations, and organizational development within the entertainment or media industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence tough leaders assertively, with a track record of driving positive change and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • HRBP expertise with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute HR initiatives effectively.
  • Commitment to onsite work 4 days a week, with flexibility for remote work as needed.



Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, including hourly non-exempt employees and top executives such as the Chairman, providing guidance and support on HR initiatives and decisions.
  • Professional Development: Design, implement, and facilitate professional development programs to enhance employee skills, career growth, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution, maintaining a balance between employee advocacy and business needs.
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational development efforts, including change management, culture initiatives, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Influencing and Assertiveness: Use strong influencing skills to engage and guide tough leaders, balancing assertiveness with diplomacy and collaboration.
  • HRBP Expertise: Leverage deep HRBP expertise to drive business outcomes, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and organizational goals.
  • Onsite Presence: Preference for onsite work 4 days a week, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
