Gridiron IT is seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities include:
- and collect time from Corporate Payroll System, coordinate time approval externally with our clients, and internally with account management.
- and analyze timekeeping reports and maintain all related reports and supporting documentation.
- and audit timekeeping records for compliance. Identify potential errors and proactively work with employees and external project managers fixing discrepancies.
- to consultant/employee and clients to inquiries related to timekeeping and reporting.
- multiple tasks and projects with deadline.
- administrative duties such as but not limited to answering and directing phone calls/emails, scheduling, booking travel, and generating requested reports.
- Executive Staff in creation of corporate communications and office management functions.
Requirements:
- or other timekeeping system experience.
- of rules and regulations including the Fair Labor Standards Act and state policies relative to timekeeping.
