**ReVision Energys North Andover Massachusetts location is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing co-owned company. This is not a remote position, an in person presence will be required.** **ABOUT REVISION:**

**ABOUT THE POSITION:**
The primary responsibilities include providing support to installation and office personnel, care for facility, and light vehicle maintenance.
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES** (Include but not limited to):
* Preparation of materials for all installation/service projects (PV and Thermal).
* Including: Electrical components, Modules (Panels), PV rail cut to job specific layout, Restocking of Kits (PVC, EMT, Thermal), ASHP Units, HPWH tanks
* Assist installation crews with loading/unloading of job materials daily.
* Assist purchasing department with restocking of daily deliveries from electrical and HVAC distributors.
* Assist purchasing department with daily/weekly inventory.
* Receive and check in deliveries.
* Inspect and ensure undamaged deliveries when received, relay to purchasing dept. when larger orders/specialty items arrive.
* Prefabrication of solar specific mounting applications: (s-5 feet, Snap n' rack, etc.)
* Maintenance of equipment (weekly/monthly): (oil change vacuum pumps, evacuating R410 refrigerant to recovery tanks, forklift upkeep, Grizzly bandsaw upkeep, etc.)
* Preparation and staging of materials for large scale commercial projects, assist with transporting materials to job site.
* Maintain organized and efficient work space.
* General facility upkeep (ranging from snow removal, to light cleaning duties)
* Assist fleet manager with general vehicle maintenance, transportation to vehicles for service when scheduled.
* Coordinate with operations/service/purchasing team(s) to receive and ship out RMA (return merchandise agreement) items to manufacturer.
**CRITICAL SKILLS:**
* The ability to work on roofs and attics
* A history of team-oriented work experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft programs and other commonly used software and applications
* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
* Work independently on tasks in an unsupervised environment
**QUALIFICATIONS (required):**
* Must be able lift 50 pounds without assistance
* Have a clean and valid drivers record
* Forklift experience a plus but not required
* Familiarity with hand and power tools
