** Commercial Property Claims Adjuster II**

Zurich North America is seeking a Claims professional to join the Property Claims organization. Our teams are dedicated to helping our customers mitigate commercial property and business losses resulting from weather events, theft, water or flood damages, vandalism, and business income interruption. Our purpose is to get our customers back on their feet and operational as quickly as possible.
As part of our Property team, your accountabilities will include managing a claims caseload from assignment through resolution. At this level, you will handle a claims caseload of low to moderate complexity to provide technical claims service excellence that includes:
* policy interpretation and coverage analysis
* vendor identification and management
* collaboration with internal and external contacts that include the customer as well as attorneys, vendors, suppliers and brokers
* negotiation and claims resolution
* management of all communications associated with the life of a claim
You will be an ambassador for Property Claims and Zurich North America, delivering the highest standards of claims service excellence and best practices, and effectively developing partnerships with key customers, brokers and other internal and external stakeholders that are critical to the success of the claim lifecycle.
Occasional travel may be required.
This individual will work from one of the following office locations: Schaumburg, Dallas or Atlanta.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Claims and Litigation area that includes property claims
OR
* High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims and Litigation area that includes property claims
OR
* Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Claims Handling area that includes property claims
AND
* Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
* Computer literate
