Plan, organize and lead Automation projects, making our processes more Agile and Lean.

Solve Operational issues, supporting 95+% on time Delivery of materials.

Continuously improve interactions with our stakeholders, to deploy the fastest and most reliable networks in Canada.

**Here's how:**

Support implementation and deployment of projects led by your peers

Define Specifications and code basic functions of Automation tools

Build optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from SAP into web-based viewers

Participate in the entire SW development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and to post-launch support

Share your expertise through documentation, and discussion (both written and verbal)

Collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory colleagues on operations, by using appropriate tools such as ERP, WMS and analytics platforms

Ensure the best tools are in in place and used for change management and project management

Support the Management team to implement and report on best practices

Stay up to date with latest design, UI trend, and emerging back-end technologies

**You're the missing piece of the puzzle:**

3-5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and Operations Management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and ideally French), including experience presentations to senior leaders

Bachelor Degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science or Engineering

Experience driving ambitious results through effective collaboration and communication

Good understanding of the whole supply chain

Ability to create and implement improvement projects

Self-motivated and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Be able to informally lead and manage teams built of cross-functional team members

**Great-to-haves**

Experience with data analytics tools such as Domo, Tableau or Google data studio.

Experience with SAP, Inventory Management or Warehouse Management Systems

Basic coding skills (Excel, VB script, Python, JavaScript,C)

Automation tools (Power Automate, Blue Prism)

Visualization tools (Domo, Tableau, Google Data Studio)

Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma or Digital Logistics

Supply chain certification such as SCMP or APICS would also be an asset
