Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems. They will ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and resolving any issues related to HVAC systems. The role is located in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems
Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques
Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC systems would be beneficial
