Job Details

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance work and tasks as directed with minimal supervision.
• Exhibits a basic knowledge of electricity, carpentry/hardware repairs, and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Assists with and maintain general cleaning duties on equipment and in mechanical support areas.
• Performs specific preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.
• Performs all work following infection control procedures.
• Records personal work orders and submit hours to supervisor on a daily basis.
• Maintains clean and safe work area, equipment rooms and shop areas.
• Performs any maintenance work required in which skills can be utilized.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Assists in snow removal.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a trade school program is preferred.
• One year of general maintenance-related work experience is preferred.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

Driver?s License

• Driver's License
