Summary

We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a Property Manager to support the JSP Endpoint Modernization Program. Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.

Responsibilities

The Property Manager plans, coordinates, and executes all facets of logistics coordination for the Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) team.

  • Adding, updating and transitioning assets and software licenses in the Defense Procurement and Accounting System (DPAS).
  • Write, edit, and maintain documentation and SOPs related to logistics processes.
  • Generate various reports/deliverables reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel.
  • Receive and verify shipments; document and communicate shipment issues in accordance with DFARS and Agency reporting requirements.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams to address any property-related issues or improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of government property.
  • Conducts process reviews to develop improvements in collaboration with the customer and project team.
  • Utilize ITIL, CMMI and other industry-recognized processes to achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain and update user guides, technical documentation, and SOPs.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
  • SECRET Clearance.
  • Minimum five years of experience using DPAS or other Accountable Property System of Record (APSR), (i.e., Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system, G-Army, etc.)
  • Thorough knowledge of governing logistics and supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions applicable to the specific assignment.
  • Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstructing records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support for activities involving specialized or unique supplies, equipment, or parts.
  • Experience performing routine aspects of logistics and supply work based on practical knowledge of standard procedures, where assignments include individual case problems related to a limited segment in one of the major areas of supply management.
  • Associate or Bachelor degree with a major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, IT or related discipline, is required.
  • DAU Life Cycle Logistics Level 2 or higher can be substituted for education.
