**Customer Service and Logistics Manager: FTC (12-15 months) - Hybrid working**
**Salary:** **36k**
Our Lewes based client, is looking to hire a Customer Service and Logistics Manager to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering excellent customer service and have a thorough understanding of pre-despatch operations.
**The Role:**
* Overseeing the running of the Customer Services team with responsibility for the complete purchase order and customer order process cycles
* Managing department workflow and looking for department and staffing improvements
* Overseeing stock levels and invoicing
* Managing relationships with third-party logistics partners and managing monthly and yearly stock control
* Monitoring department response time to customers and suppliers, including complaints, queries and enquiries
* Maintain internal meetings, e-mail updates, reports and keeping stakeholders aware of stock delays affecting timelines
* Regulation and monitoring of the waste management process, continuously reviewing responsibilities
**Duties and experience required:**
* Previous experience in order process management is essential
* Ability to lead a team and manage performance objectives through one to ones and staff appraisals
* A creative approach to problem solving and managing a team
* Showcase excellent communication skills both verbally and written when dealing with various stakeholders
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workloads
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Hybrid working - 2/3 days a week in the office
37.5 hours per week with an early finish on Friday
