Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as an **Service Delivery Director** to oversee one of our exciting Healthcare programs! **SD Directors in this role get to:**
**Strengthen relationships:** Establish and maintain communication with clients and / or team members; understand needs, resolve issues and meet expectations.

**Qualifications:**
**Our most successful candidates will have:**
* A Bachelors Degree
* 3 years of operations leadership experience w/in a BPO industry (minimum of 300 headcount)
* **Healthcare vertical/domain experience is *preferred (experience with membership services model will be a major plus)***
* Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends and make suggestions for improvements
* Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
* Ability to effectively coach, mentor and develop front-line leaders
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
