We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Psychologist - PsyD or Ph.D. to join our Burlington, Massachusetts location.
Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $97,000 to $173,200 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted PsyD or Ph.D. licensed in Massachusetts.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience working with children or adolescents.
- Experience with couples or family counseling.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and can build rapport with clients quickly.
- A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
- Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
