Graphic Designer/Production Support
Columbus, OH (hybrid)
Extendable Contract position
This role involves providing graphic design and production support for testing and creative floorset design within the marketing department, specifically the store experience team. The candidate will compile decks, build PrePro decks specifying marketing needs, prepare files for art release, and support marketing concepts for upcoming presentations/projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily design support to the testing and floorset design team, reporting to the Associate Art Director.
- Prepare digital marketing decks for presentations.
- Create PrePro decks detailing project-specific marketing needs.
- Organize and clean up design files for vendor art release.
- Reformat marketing files to unique sizes.
- Assist with printing, trimming, and setting up on-site mock stores for presentations.
- Route marketing files for approval and release.
- Collaborate with creatives, copy, traffic, and procurement teams on project execution.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of graphic design and production experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, production, and print services.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, efficient, and agile in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with production tools (xacto blades, plotters, etc.).
- Excellent timing and deliverable management.
- Proactive with a strong initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams.
- FileMaker experience is a plus.
- Must be available for occasional on-site work.
- Passion for graphic production work and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
- Hybrid work environment with a company-provided computer.
- 40 hours per week.
