Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Control food and labor cost
- Prepare and serve food according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards of the restaurant
- Train team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Note: Assistant Manager positions are available for candidates with previous supervisory experience.
