Welcome to our customer success team! We re looking for a talented and driven individual to join us.
You ll have the opportunity to play a critical role in our fast-paced startup. Not only will you be working with a dynamic team of innovators, but you ll also be at the forefront of our company s success.

  • We act as trusted strategic advisor for our clients helping them to solve their problems.
  • We re finding solutions on how our customers can succeed in the job role and constantly make sure we meet their business goals.
  • We analyze customer data, identify trends, and provide insights that help our team make informed decisions.

  • You ll work with national and international enterprise clients who are market leaders in their respective field and act as a strategic advisor in exciting projects that drive change.

  • If you are not afraid to steer and interact with multiple stakeholders, no client is too big for you, and you have the motivation to be in the driving seat this position is meant for you.
  • Since we offer a completely new solution to our clients, you have to teach, train, and show them the possibilities that are feasible with Retorio as well as making sure they can grow with us and reach their business goals.
Examples of tasks you might face
  • Act as a strategic advisor to our clients.
  • Plan, structure, and manage projects with our large international enterprise clients who operate on a global level.
  • Own overall relationship, which includes kicking-off projects and getting clients fast up to speed.
  • Creating best-practices and use-cases, which can serve as industry benchmarks for other clients.
  • Pro-active solution finding: Recognize and find ways to pro-actively engage with clients whenever they have problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that improve the overall customer experience.
What we are ideally looking for
  • You have a proven track record managing clients (> 3 years), (for example in a role as project lead in Management Consulting, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role).
  • You are experienced with SaaS products or enterprise software.
  • You are fluent in German (Mandatory) and very confident to speak and write in English.
  • You are happy to go the extra mile and always see the bigger picture for your clients.
  • Passion for technology and customers.
