PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our global 3PL distribution client to hire a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR to join their team at their brand new facility in Savannah, GA.
- This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity
- Bilingual in Spanish - highly preferred.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely order fulfillment
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
Train and mentor warehouse employees
Identify and implement process improvements
Manage warehouse equipment and facilities
Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
