Job Details
Point One Architects + Planners is seeking a full-time, mid-level architect or Architecture candidate with strong design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit 3-D modeling software.
Applicants should have:
Bachelor s Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience
Knowledge of both commercial and residential construction techniques and the ability to prepare construction documents
Knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
Good communication skills
Responsibilities include:
Working within a design team to develop a project
from conceptual design through construction documents for a variety of commercial and residential projects
Attend meetings with City/Town agencies with the goal of gaining project approvals.
Research of zoning regulations, and CT State building codes
