Position Description

Type: Part-time. 20 to 25 hours weekly with company provided benefits such as 401k, employer match, profit sharing, paid vacation, paid holidays, and growth opportunities. Discussed in further detail during interview.

FUNCTION: To provide inside support for the Customer Service Department and provide the best possible customer satisfaction to our customers.

DUTIES :

    Enter new orders and scan applicable documents for the orders into ERP system. Compare orders with hard copy and send to customers via electronic form. Scan and attach shipping documents into ERP system. Be an active member of Operator Group. Create prepay invoices and send to customer via electronic form. Backup to processing credit card payments as needed. Backup to processing daily customer invoicing as needed. Complete special projects as needed. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or general education degree.

Customer service experience.
Manufacturing facility exposure preferred.
Must be extremely detail oriented and accurate.
Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
Must be able to use an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Maintain a neat and well-organized work environment.
Must be motivated, focused, and team player.
