As a Skylight America Business Consultant, you will .
- Provide professional consulting services to clients
- Develop business strategies and plans
- Serve as PM(Project Manager) or PMO(key member of Project Management Office)
- Conduct process re-engineering
- Assist with business management and control
- Support change management initiatives
- Design and implement ICT solutions
- Aid in organization design and development
- Assist clients with cross-border market entry (Japan and U.S. particularly)
- Facilitate new business development
- Provide expertise in the sports business
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Japanese
- Capability to effectively handle and oversee multiple projects while skillfully prioritizing tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong curiosity and preference to learn new things
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with business strategy formulation and planning
- Understanding of business process optimization and operational efficiency
- Expertise in facilitating cross-border market expansion
- Acumen in driving new business growth and expansion
- Demonstrated ability to create inclusive marketing strategies that fuel business expansion and elevate brand prominence
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States

- Experience in consulting or related fields
- Work experience in both Japan and U.S.
