As a Design Consultant, you **can earn over $100K** each year, with **our top consultants earning in excess of $200K.** Our Design Consultants are also provided with a **Company Vehicle, Cell Phone, and Laptop or iPad. **Job Expectations:**
* Represent Marvin professionally, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
* In-home sales process, product demonstration, proposal development, and contract completion.
* Continued contact with customer, developing repeat/referral opportunities.
* Proficient with CRM and electronic pricing tools.
* Ability to run appointments in evenings and on weekends.
* Continuing education on company, products, and process - always improving craft.
**Experience/Skills/Qualifications:**
* Motivated by and derive great personal satisfaction from helping people.
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
* Valid drivers license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
* 2+ years of in-home sales experience in the home improvement (or similar) industry preferred
* Experience in exterior sales, such as windows, doors, siding, roofing preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proven track record of closing sales
* Ability to lift 30lbs
