Our client, a reputable family-owned employer in the Santa Barbara area, has a need for an Office Manager with a background in QuickBooks, running payroll, andgeneral Office Management.

This is a small, family-owned company, and they would love to add someone to their team who can assist in creating an efficient and friendly atmosphere in the office. This is an important role, as ther Office Manager will oversee every detail of the shop's day to day operations

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all office operations
- oversee and managing financials
- Overseeing and entering payroll for employees
- Working with company accountant to ensure financials are in order
- write quotes for prospective clients
- Copying, Filing, Scanning, Faxing, and other office duties

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in Office Manager role preferred
Strong knowledge of Quickbooks
Previous payroll experience
Trustworthy and dependable

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years
