**Day in the life of a Founders Tower Concierge**
As a concierge, you play an essential role in keeping the lobby and common areas clean. You must maintain professional ongoing relationships and communicate effectively with the property manager, prospects, residents, relocation agents, agencies and other professionals in the industry. You are responsible for monitoring the cameras, check in/out guests, handle noise complaints, handle maintenance requests logs and deliver packages to residents. These are just a few of the wonderful day to day routines.
You should also have the ability or knowledge of State, Tenant/Landlord Laws, Federal Fair Housing Laws and company policies and procedures.
