OVERVIEW OF THE PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • The purchasing administrator will match invoices to purchase orders.
  • Responsible for confirming logistics and materials.
  • Responsible for communicating with vendors.
  • The purchasing administrator with perform data entry on Excel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Must have prior purchasing experience.
  • Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • High school diploma required for the Purchasing Administrator role.
