Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Coordinate timing of food being prepared with other line cooks to ensure timely delivery
- Keep a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and adhere to portion control guidelines
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
