JOB SUMMARY

Supports all assigned accounts and field sales management in the attainment of divisional sales dollar budget. Establishes professional relationships and effectively communicates with all assigned accounts and field sales management. Functions as a seamless customer communication conduit with the BUNN organization. Assists aligned field sales management in the development of identifying and executing customer requirements by utilizing CRM database. Plans, coordinates, and effectively executes and manages unit level sales project planning including forecasting. Aligns and prioritizes activities with divisional strategies and goals. Continuously gathers competitive and industry insight. Assists in trade show management. This position is located in Springfield, Illinois.


DUTIES

  • Proactive and effective communication between Bunn and aligned customers
  • Proactive in development and execution of sales opportunities with each aligned customer utilizing CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Plans, coordinates, and effectively executes unit level sales projects
  • Communicates sales project forecast, scheduling, order tracking and sales project status to all BUNN internal teams and appropriate customer level contacts
  • Assists divisional management team in the development and application of customer requirements planning and forecasting
  • Utilizes CRM database systems and complies with the input/output required on aligned accounts and division objectives
  • Initiates, efficiently manages, and communicates all product modification and development processes throughout Bunn s cross functional internal teams
  • Reduction of customer-related expenses, both internal and external
  • Attends customer and national trade shows. Ability to travel is a must
  • Plans and coordinates customer visits in conjunction with the administrative team
  • Provides competitive product analysis for aligned customers as warranted
  • Monitors inventory levels and communicates status both internally and with customer
  • Develop a working knowledge of Bunn products and applications to meet customer needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • This position is designated as a full time in office work schedule
  • Develops positive customer relationships (horizontal and vertical)
  • Establishes positive and professional working relationships with all internal teams ensuring the effectiveness of cross functional team activity


QUALIFICATIONS

Assertive and motivated, persistent, excellent attendance record, excellent verbal, written, and listening skills; skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, SAP and CRM data base. Previous Project Management experience is preferred. CPM certification is a plus. Demonstration of strong organizational skills a must. B.A./B.S. degree in business management or related field desired.
