Job Details
PrideStaff is seeking a 3rd Shift CNC Laser Machine Operator for a manufacturing client in Golden. This client is recognized as a top employer in the Denver area. This position will initially train on day shift then move to third shift. There is a $3.00, per hour shift differential once working the 3rd shift.
Job Duties:
- Operate a variety of machines including laser cutter and EDM machines
- Manufacture parts according to plans
- Perform first article and periodic quality checks during production
- Use calipers and micrometers to insure finished product is within manufacturing tolerances
Job Requirements:- Prior manufacturing/production experience
- Prior experience in CO2 Laser or Water jet machine operations
- Prior experience in setting up machine parameters, jobs, and making G-Code adjustments is preferred
- Experience using measuring tools and instruments, includingmicrometers, calipers, height gauges, andoptical comparators.
- Experience with GD&T
- Metallurgy and EDM experince a Plus
- Comfortable handling sharp objects
- Aptitude for quality craftsmanship
