We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in software Implementation within the B2B e-commerce sector, demonstrating a strong track record in project management, client communication, and delivering tailored solutions to meet complex business requirements. We re looking for a proactive client-facing individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the SaaS platform for customers, ensuring timely completion within scope and to high-quality standards. Transition clients seamlessly to long-term highly engaged users.
- Manage complex professional services engagements, defining delivery plans, establishing relationships, and leading overall engagement.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful transitions for clients, from contract signing through full activation.
- Provide thought leadership by developing best practices and creative solutions.
- Utilize strong project management skills, ideally with PMP certification.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Drive customer adoption, revenue recognition, and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS Implementation at a B2B e-commerce company.
- Strong project management experience, ideally PMP certified, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the confidence and gravitas to engage and train enterprise audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of effectively managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to understand and address complex business requirements, delivering custom-tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, solutions architects, customer success, etc.
- Startup-ready mentality, with a dynamic and highly-motivated approach to work.
- Proven track record in customer adoption, revenue recognition, and merchant satisfaction.
- Outstanding level of motivation and drive, consistently surpassing goals and expectations.
- Medium-level knowledge and understanding of APIs.
