  • Handle sales negotiations: Provide competitive price quotes, negotiate terms effectively, and prepare compelling sales contracts and customer applications.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys: Complete comprehensive job site reports for both new and existing client sites.
  • Provide regular sales reports: Generate periodic reports demonstrating robust sales volume and potential opportunities.
  • Meet established quotas: Exceed weekly customer-call quotas to drive results.
  • Maintain accurate records: Meticulously record all customer and prospect contact information using proprietary software.
  • Communicate effectively: Transmit detailed reports to management on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred, but not required: Previous experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Team player mindset: Thrive in a collaborative environment, self-motivated, and excel in fast-paced settings.
  • Flexible availability: Attend after-hours networking events and handle client calls during evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation: Possess essential transportation means to effectively reach and engage with the customer base.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $75,000 - $200,000 in the first year.
  • Average representative across tenures earns $175,000 annually.
