We are currently looking to add rock star talent to our team of Roofing Sales Representatives. Our company has grown like crazy and we need 10 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team to handle the additional jobs our company anticipates and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. We will train you to be successful, but ONLY individuals who are willing to put in the work. We hire the best because - our culture is the best. Check us out on Facebook and Google.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process
Close restoration agreements with homeowners
Create estimates for home exteriors and damages
Marketing/ lead generation for new prospects
Work ethic-MOST IMPORTANT- We will give you the game plan of how sales reps with no experience are crushing the competition, but you have to decide to get up and do it.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be willing to outwork the competition
Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
Must be able to climb a ladder
Must have a truck (or willing to purchase one)
Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management
Construction experience IS NOT NEEDED.

COMPENSATION

Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $3,000 per job)
Monthly and Annual bonuses for performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $75,000 to $250,000/year (NO CAP ON COMMISSIONS)
