Job Description Job Description General office and administrative tasks including email, phone calls, filing Create reports using Microsoft Excel and Access programs Gather and organize QC related data Document findings and assist in preparing recommendations Handle consumer/customer claims. Support food safety activities and conduct internal audit. Other duties as required to support on-going business needs Skills & Qualifications: English language skills - Business fluency Strong communication and interpersonal skills - required Experience in Asian food industry - preferred data analyst experience preferred Strong analytical skill Dependable work ethic Ability to work independently and in group settings Strong management skills of time and tasks Intermediate ~ advanced computer skill of Windows and Microsoft.
