** Caregiver (Full-time & Part-time)**

Mary's Woods, a premier senior living community in Lake Oswego that feels just like any progressive community in Portland. We provide residents with over 100 years of history in a 40-acre wooded wonderland. We are a not-for-profit Life Plan/Continuing Care Retirement Community that prides ourselves on our rich heritage, spirit of caring, welcoming culture, historic grounds and amazing views.
**Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:**
* Provide direct care to residents under direct supervision according to policies and procedures, and ensure care to our residents is provided in an atmosphere of comfort, independence and dignity
* Must be comfortable working independently and with others
* Must be able to manage time and complete tasks effectively
* Must be comfortable working with people with Dementia
**Education and Experience Required:**
* Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma or GED
* Required to obtain your Food Handler's, CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
* Must be able to work as part of team

**Sign On Bonus:** Bonus paid 50% at 90 days and 50% paid at 6 months. To be eligible you must be in good standing and have acceptable attendance.
