Young Chevrolet is seeking a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused Parts Warehouse Representative to join our dynamic team. The Parts Warehouse Representative ensures the safe storage, storage, and delivery of warehouse goods. This individual will create a customer purchase by selecting the product from the storage and assembling the order.

Job functions include but not limited to:

  • Maintains a thorough understanding of shipping procedures, routes, and rates of all warehouse components. The Parts Warehouse Representative manages, packages, and ships orders efficiently.
  • Counts, weighs, and measures items on the incoming and outgoing parts shipment.
  • Fills orders from multiple departments and confirms the accuracy of the order against the invoice and records. The Parts Warehouse Representative examines inbound and outbound shipments and inspects products for defects and damage.
  • Recognizes the flow of incoming and outgoing materials to achieve productivity objectives. The Parts Warehouse Representative ensures the continuous flow of materials by maintaining and organizing inventory daily.

Employee Prerequisites:
  • Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
  • Stand, walk, or sit for a long period without resting. (Up to 5 hours) Must have capability to lift to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math strategies include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred, but not necessary. Pay based on experience.
