About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Team and play a pivotal role in the strategic scaling of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, managing the Risk Team to develop and deploy a risk-adjusted return metric, leading Corporate and Structured Finance, and enhancing the financial strength and health of the organization across its various business lines. This includes direct oversight of financial planning and accounting, structured finance, and research teams. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads to support the CEO in managing enterprise business strategy and growth.Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing corporate accounting and shared services, identifying financial risks, analyzing revenue streams, directing the preparation of financial statements, and performing accounting due diligence for transactions. The role also involves reviewing and improving the planning process, analyzing operations for investment opportunities, and leading a team of accounting professionals. An ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy infrastructure, energy commodities, and managing various project financings.
