Requirements
Donut Frying & Icing - fry & ice donuts for next day's business.
Special Orders - prepare all special orders for customers.
Cleaning - clean fryer, glazing table and donut area.
Proofing - proof raised rolls.
Recipes - follow all Kessler's recipes for all donut frying
Lifting - need to lift up to 50 lbs.
Donut Fryer - knowledge of entire donut fryer equipment.
Safety - knowledge of frying temperatures and changing of oil.
Glazing/Decorating - knowledge of proper glazing and decorating technics.
Proofer - knowledge of proofer and proofing process.
Must be 18+.
Must be able to work between the hours of 10:00 am to 6:00 pm with weekends and holidays.
